DVCAM is a professional digital video cassette format developed by Sony in collaboration with other companies and was introduced in 1996 in competition with DVCPRO.  DVCAM has ¼-inch wide video tape; small cassettes can hold 40 minutes and measure 2-9/16 x 1-7/8 x 9/16 inches.  Large cassettes hold 184 minutes and measure 4-7/8 x 3 x 9/16 inches.

h264.mp4 is a very common and well supported file format; files on a USB flash drive will play in Windows and MAC computers and will plug & play in many modern TVs.  
 
Other file formats available by request (uncompressed 10 bit YUV avi, mov, etc).

DV, the digital video (DV) standard was agreed upon in 1995 by many companies as a format to record good quality video and audio on tape in a compressed format.  There are three implementations of the standard including professional DVCPro and DVCAM and consumer MiniDV formats. 

DVCPRO (DVCPro25) is a professional digital video tape format with locked audio and was introduced by Panasonic in 1995; it was used by professionals and for Electronic News Gathering (ENG).  DVCPro uses ¼-inch wide tape and cassettes run for 6 to 184 minutes.
